Processing Time

All Luxencea™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

We proudly offer worldwide shipping with reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 12–18 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

  • For orders below $100, a small shipping fee may apply based on your region

All fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
You can track your parcel anytime via our Order Tracking page or through the courier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 days of purchase, please contact our support team.

Customs & Import Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Luxencea™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
